I just ordered “Two Dudes, One Pan: Maximum Flavor from a Minimalist Kitchen” by Jon Shook, Vinny Dotolo and Raquel Pelzel.
I can’t WAIT to try out the recipes at home, having spent the last two evenings at their restaurant ‘ANIMAL’ enjoying every delicious bite of their creative and adventurous menu. It’s available now.

Roady’s Restaurant
Roady’s Restaurant (in San Dimas, CA) is my new favorite breakfast place. My girlfriend is from Tennessee and agrees that it tastes like good old Southern cooking. Luckily for me it’s inexpensive, so we can go more often.
We ordered Biscuits and Sausage Gravy, Eggs, Hashbrowns, Bacon, Sausage, Fresh Fruit and Coffee. The bill was under $20.
